Nigel Lee Award (Team of the Year Award)

In honour of one of our club founding Sons Nigel Lee who sadly passed away in 2017.

The ethos of the award can be summed up by the inscription on the trophy which is an extract from a letter Nigel wrote to the coach of the Premier League Coach in 2005 the Double Double year.

1. This award is based on the Double Double criteria, 2 on field and 2 off field

   1. Five (5) teams will be nominated
   2. Each Criteria will be marked out of 15, with the maximum points per team per category being 5. Teams can score the same points per category provided the overall category score does not exceed 15 points.
   3. No Half points are to be awarded.
   4. To be nominated for this award the team must be playing Competitive Football.
   5. A team can’t win this award 2 years in a row
   6. This award must be presented every year
